today , what is known as invasive , expensive , and with preventable complications known as cancer is the old testament in the traditions of the imams to prevent and treat the diseases by a non - invasive , inexpensive and non - invasive method . Noorah therapy , or treatment with Noorah, is one of the most important content in medical hadiths because of close to forty hadiths. this product has attracted the attention of many therapists in recent years . however , the use of arsenic is not very old in current medicine , but the imams ( peace be upon them ) have expressed many traditions about it . in this research , after the extraction of hadith about arsenic , they analyzed them ; evaluation of the document was done and the correct traditions were cited , and the other traditions that were applied to them were ignored and they were used as evidence and confirm them . in the current medicine , the findings and experiments around arsenic , especially professor zhang , discussed "sulfid arsenic" and were adapted to the invaluable words of the religious leaders of islam . the result is that in both medicine and medical hadiths , arsenic is used in treatment of diseases , especially cancer , and it is currently used for treatment of leukemia ; in addition to treatment of prophylactic role of arsenic from becoming ill .
